Chairman Li Miu Ching

Miss Li Miu Ching graduated from University College London with a degree in Mathematics and Economics. With a keen business acumen and exceptional leadership, she founded LMCHING Group in 2016. Initially focused on wholesale distribution, the company has now transformed into a global e-commerce enterprise, expanding its international reach and forging strategic partnerships with suppliers and customers worldwide.

Under her leadership, the company now serves customers in over 200 countries, represents more than 1,000 brands, and collaborates with 300 retail stores globally, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

To further support LMCHING’s global expansion, the company has now established branches in strategic locations in Hong Kong, Beijing (China), Shenzhen (China), Dubai (UAE), Australia and Vietnam.

Expanding into new industries, Miss Li Miu Ching established Alpha Projects Consulting Company Limited in 2022 and Dynasty Electric Limited in 2023.

In 2025, she was honored with the Best CEO (Country Level) award at the World Technology Awards during the Dubai World AI Technology Expo. The award was presented by Golden Tree Events LLC, a renowned international organization based in Dubai, UAE, known for hosting prestigious industry awards across multiple sectors.

Held in the dynamic city of Dubai, the event brought together global innovators and business leaders. Her recognition reflects not only her visionary leadership and commitment to innovation but also her impact on driving transformation and sustainable growth within the modern business landscape.

Alpha Projects Consulting Company Limited specializes in comprehensive consultancy services across power systems, construction engineering, and human resources. The company provides large-scale power system design, installation, and maintenance solutions while also advancing cross-border workforce recruitment through its Southeast Asia operations in Vietnam, creating new employment opportunities.

Dynasty Electric Limited is an emerging provider of electrical building materials, recognized for its advancements in power technology and contributions to sustainable energy solutions. As a designated supplier for major infrastructure projects, the company has quickly established itself as an industry leader, offering a wide range of products and innovative green energy systems.

Beyond her business ventures, Miss Li Miu Ching is deeply committed to social responsibility. Since 2019, she has been actively engaged in animal welfare, collaborating with multiple protection organizations. Her efforts go beyond financial support - she has directly participated in animal rescue initiatives, established shelters, and organized adoption campaigns, providing a second chance for abandoned animals.

Her contributions to business and philanthropy have earned her widespread recognition. In 2024, she was awarded Academician Honorary Qualification by the Social Enterprise Research Institute. In 2025, she was appointed as Honorary Chairperson of the China International Economic Cooperation Society and Vice-Chairperson of the Private Economy Branch of the China Cooperative Trade Enterprises Association. That same year, she received the "Industry Leading Excellence Model Award" at the 2025 Scientists and Economists Annual Meeting and was honored as a "Global Outstanding Chinese Leader" in the Innovative Smart Chinese Series.

In 2025, Miss Li Miu Ching founded the Hong Kong Dubai General Association, an organization dedicated to fostering stronger connections between Hong Kong and Dubai. As its founder, she is committed to enhancing engagement between these two dynamic regions through strategic collaboration.
